In the current global energy structure, thermal electricity still accounts for 60% of the world’s total electricity generation, E 46% of the world’s total electricity consumption is accounted for by electric motors. Based on the above factors, HF Motion is committed to improving the energy efficiency of the motor and drive solutions to save energy. The current solution uses a solar hybrid module to maximize the utilization rate of the solar power generation system while not increasing the investment.
Solar power is a typical renewable energy source, but due to unstable sunlight conditions, the generated power cannot be used to drive motors directly. There is no solution to this problem with the conventional controllers, solar power cannot be used directly if there is no battery in this case. And solar energy resources cannot be fully utilized if using a battery, and it is fully charged.
E-Hybrid Solar Tech solves the above problems. The core of this system is the patented controller, which integrates MPPT controller, motor drive, E-Hybrid module and other application controls, equipped with solar panels, optional batteries and other components externally. There are low-voltage solutions for solar + battery, and high-voltage solutions for solar + grid, provide the following functions with different costs:
Hybrid mode:
Solar/AC/battery can output and drive the motor at the same time, and the controller will automatically adjust the output ratio from 0 A 100% seamlessly and linearly.
- When the sunlight conditions meet the operating power of the motor, only solar energy is directly output to the motor.
- When the sunlight conditions are not ideal, it will be supplemented by the battery or AC power, and the controller will monitor and adjust them according to the real-time solar power generation.
- When there is no sunlight condition at night or in other circumstances, all outputs are provided by batteries or AC power.
The E-Hybrid Solar Tech is the only solution in history that can fully utilize the real-time solar power, representing a major advance in the application of solar power in improving solar power generation efficiency and utilization.
